Liza Borodkin is a Russian American, a craniosacral therapist, a yogini, a dancer, and a perpetual seeker of the Truth. She has been in the kinesthetic realm for over 2 decades, now devoting all of her time to relational healing in the form of craniosacral therapy, yoga, and dance. She skillfully interweaves the knowledge of all three modalities to help each client achieve their health goals.
Her work is informed by many body awareness modalities such as Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais, Yoga, Pilates, Floor Barre, with the main influence coming from craniosacral therapy - all of which allow her to knowledgeably work with people of various ages, walks of life, and physical/emotional conditions.
Liza is a certified biodynamic craniosacral therapist who had trained directly with the original founder of this modality, Franklyn Sills at Karuna Institute in the UK.
Liza is a traveling therapist-healer. In addition to having a successful practice in Washington DC, USA, she has been regularly invited to the Middle East, Persian Gulf, South America, and Europe to practice and teach craniosacral therapy. She has graduated over a dozen gifted practitioners in Bahrain and Lebanon through two full 2-year foundation courses in healing based on CST in Bahrain.
